Located right in the center of downtown Cuenca, this Colonial house from the 1900s is perfect for setting any business. This house is located only 4 blocks from the Central Park. Due to its location, this house could be used for different purposes. The walls of the house are of adobe as many of the houses in downtown, so its structure is also very strong for being a Colonial house. Most of the rooms have wooden floors in great condition and the doors and stairs are of real wood as well. In the front side of the house there are two entrances.
The main entrance has access to an area that can be used for an office, next to it the previous owners built a mini apartment and it is currently for rent, however the main structure was a patio resembling the old colonial houses. The main entrance also leads you to the stairs taking you to the second floor that can be used for an apartment or different offices. There are several rooms on the second floor, there is one bathroom, a kitchen and a study area/common area. On the third floor there is a terrace and a laundry area, they have also built a mini apartment there with one room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. The other front entrance has been used for commercial purposes. The area behind this door has a great space for setting up an office or so.
