This rental is very near Downtown. The whole apartment is brand new. The loft has one bedroom with big closets, and the kitchen has a fridge and a stove with oven, but it is not furnished. It has also a nice terrace and an independent entrance for the other apartments that are above. It is in front of Cuenca's main and most beautiful river, the Tomebamba.

The lease is for 1 year minimum and a 2 months security deposit is required.

Small pets are allowed but the landlord prefers no pets.
