Nice round-shaped house in a quiet neighborhood very close to downtown. This house has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a living room with a very interesting round shape. There is a small backyard, and a studio on the second floor. The kitchen has everything for cooking and baking.

The main house where the owners live is in front and the rental house is in the back, sharing the gate with the main house. This rental is for 2 persons and pets are not allowed.

A one month security deposit is required. There is a lease for minimum 6 months.

It includes the water and the backyard maintenance. It has Cable TV but the cost is $18 dollars per month.

Internet is available but the tenant must do his own hookups. There are three different internet options: chip modem, Etapa broadband, or by Cable TV company.
