In all there are 4+ bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The dining room is separate from the living room and the downstairs also has an office room. Upstairs there are built-in closets throughout. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs, the master bedroom has its own bathroom, and a common bathroom located off the hall. There is a medium-sized garden area out front.

There is also a remote-controlled electric door permitting entry through the perimeter wall. There are 2 parking spaces as well as plenty of off-street parking. The minimum rental period is 6 months and the monthly rate varies depending on the length of the contract.

It is $605 monthly with a 6-month contract, and only $550 per month if you rent for a year. The security deposit is the same as the monthly rate and is fully refundable. Pets are allowed.
