Internet access is available although you have to pay an additional fee for it. Pets are only allowed on a case-by-case basis and if approved require a $300.00 refundable pet deposit. The monthly rental fee is $385.00 and is the same price whether you want to rent month-by-month or sign a lease. The minimum rental period is for two weeks, which costs $225.00.

There are several of these apartments available and they are all basically identical except that some are 1st floor apartments, others 2nd, and others 3rd floor. There is one parking space for each apartment but an additional space could be allocated for your apartment if needed.
